Mandy Dang is the heart behind Dang & Associates LLC. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Old Dominion University and is a federally licensed Enrolled Agent, serving clients nationwide.

Her journey began in Northern Virginia as a co-founder of D&J Group, a successful tax business she later sold before settling in Fredericksburg. Encouraged by the continued loyalty of her clients, Mandy launched Dang & Associates LLC - where she combines her love of numbers with a personal approach to tax and accounting services.

Mandy believes in building relationships first and helping clients feel confident and supported every step of the way.

Carly Nguyen is a dedicated member of the Dang & Associates team, specializing in tax preparation and payroll services. She brings a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a client-first attitude to every interaction.

Carly is currently pursuing her degree in Accounting at Old Dominion University and is on track to graduate in Spring 2026. After graduation, she plans to pursue her CPA license to further deepen her expertise and continue supporting clients at the highest level.

Balancing school and work, Carly is passionate about learning and growing in the field—and brings fresh energy and care to every client she serves.

Hong is often the friendly voice our clients first hear when they call or visit. With a strong focus on customer care and communication, she helps ensure things run smoothly behind the scenes—keeping client experiences personal, efficient, and stress-free.

With a sharp eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving, Vinh works closely with Mandy to prepare accurate, thorough returns for both individuals and businesses. He helps demystify tax situations so clients can make informed decisions.
